Please email these two items to us within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement.
Important Note
Our sweets are delicate and can be fragile during shipping. Slight breakage or minor crumbling may occur and is considered normal. This does not affect the quality or taste of the product. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns for minor breakage.
